The oven is manufactured entirely of stainless steel AISI 430 SB. Facade in black glass-tempered. Glass door double.

The steamer vertical drawers with ball castings, are placed in the rear corners of the cooking chamber in direct contact with the heat exchanger or heating elements. Extractor hood vapors with a vacuum cleaner.
Of series, the oven rotating leads hitch bayonet for the rotation of the car. The car firing 10 places is removed from the cooking chamber by using a support trolley.
